Return Eligibility
We accept returns on purchased products within 3 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is returned in its original condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be returned within 3 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused and unworn.
- The product must be in its original condition.
- There must be no stains, marks, dirt, damage, or signs of use.
- The product must not have been washed, altered, repaired, or modified.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories should be included, where applicable.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm whether it meets our return conditions.
If the product is returned within 3 days and meets all our return requirements, ZAYA.PK will process the refund according to our refund procedure.
Products that have been used, washed, stained, damaged, altered, or returned in an unsuitable condition may not be accepted for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with your order details and clear photographs of the product.
We will review the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund.
